Police were called to the Wal-Mart for a female shoplifter in custody. Asset protection officers advised Police that they observed  Rosetta Stewart of Chester, PA, enter the store and steal $58.00 worth of jewelry and clothing. She was also found to have four active warrants for her arrest. She was arrested by Officer Sweet and charged with felony retail theft.
